This bra transformed my life. I discovered it at intimacy boutique where I bought one and then got a few more at amazon. After wearing it people started asking me if I lost weight. It directs the breasts forward and centers them on my chest, so prevents side spillage and splay. Good for fuller busted, full-cup women. Cup size runs smaller than for US bras. I thought I was a E, turns out I'm a 32G. Looks pretty on, too. Not good for T-shirts but works for pretty much everything else.
