I'm currently nursing, so wearing a larger size cup (DD-DDD) than pre-pregnancy. The XL size fits perfect. I was skeptical that this would provide the support I needed, but it gave me more support than any of my nursing bras or regular bras. And it is sooo comfortable. No more straps falling off my shoulder, no under wires or tight bands cutting into me. And the padded insert provides just enough coverage to ensure the smooth curves under fitted t-shirts. And I have found it easier to slip the cup up (or down) when nursing instead of fumbling with the snaps and hooks of nursing bras. The back lays flat, no digging, no bulges, back fat is gone! Ladies, I cannot stress how great this bra is. This is the bra I reach for every time and cringe when they are dirty and I have to wear another bra.
